For our Legal & Compliance department, we are looking for you as an Intern Legal & Compliance Learning & Enablement for at least one year, with the option to extend.
Your workplace will be our new headquarters in the Ambassador House in Opfikon.
What you will do:
- You support the conception, creation, and updating of training content on legal, compliance, and data protection topics – especially in e-learning formats (LMS) as well as on knowledge platforms.
- Organizing and sending training reminders, monitoring participation rates, and conducting short training sessions and workshops on legal and compliance-relevant topics are also part of your responsibilities.
- You enjoy creating and maintaining documentation such as guidelines, quick guides, presentations, and training materials.
- You coordinate and ensure the quality of translations of legal and compliance-relevant documents.
- Additionally, you support internal communication measures on legal, compliance, and data protection topics and actively participate in projects in the area of legal operations and process optimization.
What you bring:
- You are studying law, business law, or a comparable subject at a university of applied sciences or university.
- Initial practical experience in a legal or compliance-related environment (e.g., through internships or working student positions) is desirable.
- You have an interest in legal, compliance, and data protection as well as analytical skills to prepare complex content understandably.
- A structured, independent working style, high initiative, and flexibility characterize you.
- You have a confident handling of MS Office (especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with LMS systems is an advantage.
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile; additional languages are an advantage.
