Your area of responsibility
- You support our users in the daily operation of several specialist applications and are their central contact point for technical questions as well as responsible for user management
- You analyze incoming topics, prioritize them, and coordinate their processing within the team or with IT partners – ensuring that our applications run stably, understandably, and technically correctly
- In addition to support, you take on tasks in business analysis: You collect and review requirements, analyze processes and technical contexts, and assist in developing solution proposals
- You create or accompany technical specifications, translate business needs into ICT requirements, and prepare decision-making bases for improvements or change requests
- In close cooperation with departments, IT, and external partners, you contribute to further developing our systems and sustainably strengthening the technical support of our applications
Your strengths
- You have a completed degree or training in business or computer science and already bring solid experience as a business analyst, especially in process analysis, requirements gathering, and developing technical solution proposals
- You are confident in handling specialist applications and have a pronounced understanding of data, workflows, and complex contexts, enabling you to think analytically and make well-founded decisions
- You have experience in testing and ensure the quality of solutions by creating test cases, conducting tests, and carefully evaluating the results
- Reliable and structured work characterizes you, and you place great value on quality as well as clear, target-group-oriented communication with internal and external partners
- You are willing to take on administrative tasks
- Ideally, you bring knowledge in life insurance for private customers
- You have very good command of the German language in spoken and written form, and additional knowledge of French or English is a plus
