For our growing Group Reporting and Consolidation team in Rotkreuz, ZG, we are looking for an engaged personality as Senior Specialist Reporting & Consolidation to join us immediately or by arrangement to shape the future together.YOUR TASKS
- You make an important contribution to the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting as well as the preparation of the consolidated financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER
- You support and participate in the planning process (forecast, budget, business plan)
- You drive the further development of reporting and controlling instruments regarding standardization and automation
- You conduct various ad-hoc analyses and prepare statistics
- You support the coordination and execution of audits and the compliance with group-wide reporting standards and compliance requirements
- You ensure a functioning group-wide internal control system according to the requirements of Swiss company law
- You maintain the Group Accounting Manual in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER
- You act as deputy to the Head of Group Reporting & Consolidation
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a completed degree (FH/University) in business administration with a focus on accounting/controlling
- You have at least 5 years of experience in group reporting, ideally also in auditing (Big 4)
- You have a high IT affinity, especially excellent Excel skills (macros, etc.). Initial experience with consolidation systems (e.g., IBM Cognos Controller) is an advantage
- You have a strong affinity for numbers, analytical skills, as well as an independent and well-structured working style
- You are resilient and have a high sense of responsibility, duty, and quality awareness
- You communicate confidently in German and English
