Your tasks
- Managing infrastructure projects as client and overall project manager
- Timely, cost- and quality-compliant implementation of infrastructure projects
- Awarding planning, engineering and construction services and responsible for tenders
- Conducting legal procedures within the scope of project work
- Coordination and communication with internal and external parties
- Preparing decision-making bases, applications and instructions for political bodies within the scope of project processing
Your profile
- Training as a civil engineer or vocational training in the construction sector with further training as a civil engineering technician, construction manager or site manager
- Professional experience in project and construction management of urban civil engineering projects
- Administrative experience and knowledge of construction law are an advantage
- Confident and competent appearance, communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, flexible and resilient personality as well as organizational talent
- Willingness to continue education
