Job Description
As a Product / Program Manager – Luxury Retail, you will lead strategic and operational initiatives aimed at digitizing and enriching the in-store experience within international distribution networks.
You will oversee programs covering POS, payments, unified stock management, clienteling, mobile applications, and omnichannel journeys, ensuring that each solution strengthens both operational excellence and customer experience.
Your mission: find the perfect balance between technology, brand identity, and luxury customer experience.
Your main responsibilities
- Define the product and program vision in line with the House's strategy and retail priorities.
- Manage digital transformation programs in stores (POS, payments, CRM, clienteling, omnichannel, mobile apps…)
- Lead project governance (steering committees, budget monitoring, reporting, risk management)
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (business, IT, integrators, partners) internationally
- Write and validate functional and technical specifications, consistent with business needs
- Supervise key project phases: scoping, design, testing, deployment, and in-store adoption
- Change management: user training, documentation, communication, and operational support
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to measure impact on operations and customer experience
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and dissemination of best practices
Qualifications
Graduated from an engineering, business, or university school, ideally with a focus on Project Management / Digital / Information Systems, you also have:
- Solid experience in the Retail or Luxury sector, with a good understanding of in-store digitization challenges, clienteling, and premium customer experience.
- A strong appetite for omnichannel and technological environments: POS, payments, unified stock management, CRM, mobile apps, phygital journeys.
- Ease in an international and multicultural context, with the ability to collaborate effectively remotely and coordinate multiple teams and partners.
- A customer and performance-oriented approach: understanding business needs, quality of deliverables, monitoring indicators, and continuous improvement.
- Fluent English level.
