Technical Clerk Heat Pumps (residential and industrial) 80-100% (m/f/d)

• Technical support and care of our customers in the field of heat pumps
• Design and technical support of heat pump projects
• Creation of project documents, hydraulic and electrical connection diagrams
• Creation, monitoring, and billing of customer service orders
• Scheduling of service technicians
• Support in the area of product management heat pumps
• Availability for telephone on-call duty 07:00 – 19:00 Monday to Sunday

• Technical or manual basic training in heating/sanitary, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, refrigeration technology, apparatus construction
• Experience in the field of heat pumps
• Good knowledge in HVAC, hydraulics, electrical and control technology
• Good ERP knowledge and familiar with the use of MS Office
• CAD knowledge is an advantage
• Analytical and networked thinking
• Structured, efficient working method as well as quick comprehension
• Communicative, customer-oriented as well as team player qualities
