Your mission:

• Support children in their daily lives by promoting their well-being and healthy development
• Propose and lead activities specific to children, taking into account their developmental age
• Support and assist parents in their parenting role
• Participate in the development and implementation of the socio-educational concept
• Contribute to the smooth running of the home by taking on transversal and logistical tasks
• Collaborate effectively with network partners, particularly placement services

Your profile:

• Training as a social educator HES, ES, Early Childhood, Curative Pedagogy
• Confirmed professional experience with children in residential care (homes) and in supporting families in difficulty
• PF training is an asset
• Interest in organizing outdoor activities adapted to very young children
• High stress resistance
• Committed personality with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to quickly integrate into an educational team
• Driving license required
