About the job

• Diagnosis, repair, and service work mainly on fully automatic coffee machines, robotic lawn mowers, and other electrotechnical devices
• Assessment of orders (warranty, cost estimate, chargeable)
• Recording of completed work and used spare parts on the computer
• Leading and promoting a team of four to six employees
• Administrative tasks related to the workshop and production planning
• Performing the final inspection of processed service orders
• Link between the workshop and customer service

• Successfully completed apprenticeship as a mechanic EFZ or similar technical vocational training
• Several years of professional experience in the electrical field, preferably with initial experience in a leadership role
• Responsible, reliable, and enjoys working in a small team
• Interest in expanding expertise with new products
• Native German speaker, French skills are an advantage
• Experience with ERP systems and confident handling of MS Office
