Your Crew:

Join our Space Test Center team and support us in strengthening customer relations and digital communication. You will work in a collaborative and multicultural environment while helping to roll out our new CRM system and structure customer data. Your tasks will include supporting proposal automation, organizing CRM dashboards, and contributing to the preparation of marketing materials.You will gain hands‑on experience with CRM tools, digital workflows, and customer data management. This internship provides the chance to learn in a dynamic technical setting and take responsibility for meaningful tasks from day one. We are looking for an engaged intern for a minimum of 6 months.

Your Mission:

• Transfer and structure existing customer databases from spreadsheets into CRM software
• Clean, categorize, and maintain customer and project data
• Support creation of proposal automation templates inside CRM tool
• Assist in organizing CRM dashboards, lists, and customer segments
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and correct tagging during the migration process
• Assist in preparing marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and visuals
• Support coordination and documentation of marketing activities
• Prepare documentation related to test activities under supervision
• Provide administrative support during test preparation
• Maintain an organized workspace and follow applicable internal guidelines
• Collaborate closely with the Space Test Center testing team and contribute to team tasks

Your Story:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme at a university or university of applied sciences (any field; engineering not required).
• Strong computer skills (Excel, general IT literacy).
• Fluent English (company language)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with modern digital tools is an advantage
• Experience with CRM systems or similar tools is plus
• Interest in marketing, data organization, or process improvement.
• Basic experience with presentation or design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva) is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of industrial or technical environments comes in handy
