Your tasks

• Management and further development of the financial and operational accounting of an owner-managed SME
• Booking and reconciliation of daily operational business (general and subsidiary ledgers)
• Handling of all payment transactions including payment approvals, deadline monitoring, and liquidity planning
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR as well as based on Swiss GAAP FER
• Creation and further development of all financial evaluations and meaningful analyses and reports to support management
• Comprehensive responsibility for VAT (billing, special cases, clarifications)
• Close cooperation with internal and external parties (management, auditors, tax consultants)

Your profile

• Completed training in finance and accounting (e.g., specialist certificate in finance and accounting, fiduciary or equivalent)
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Fully responsible and very hands-on, pragmatic, analytical, and solution-oriented
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Solid, legally secured knowledge in finance and accounting, with closing certainty
• Confident handling of MS Excel (including complex formulas) as well as common ERP and accounting systems, preferably ABACUS
