Reliable and forward-looking scheduling is the key to success. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Specialist for Construction Programs and Scheduling (a) who, with analytical foresight, structured approach, and great commitment, creates the temporal basis for successful projects.
In this central role, you take responsibility for planning and monitoring demanding scheduling programs. You coordinate a variety of stakeholders and ensure that our projects are implemented efficiently, transparently, and on time. Your Responsibilities
- Creation of client scheduling programs in German and English across all project phases
- Ongoing maintenance, control, and further development of schedules
- Support of the Real Estate and Sales teams in project preparation, reporting, and presentations
- Conducting site visits to check construction progress and create target-actual analyses
- Early detection of scheduling risks and development of solution and optimization proposals
- Exchange with project managers, specialist planners, and external partners to coordinate time and process plans
Your Skills
- Professional experience in scheduling, construction management, project control, or a similar function is an advantage
- Knowledge of scheduling tools
- Very good German and English skills for international project documents
- Analytical, structured, and reliable working style
High communication skills and enjoyment in exchanging with various stakeholders - Willingness to travel, including for international projects
- Strong team player with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
