Siloah Residenz Vivo AG is a company of the non-profit Siloah Foundation.
Under the umbrella of the non-profit and non-commercial Siloah Foundation, the Siloah network consisting of hospital, long-term care, Spitex, and operational functions with around 1,000 employees forms the competence center for integrated care in old age. The Siloah network is currently active at five locations in the canton of Bern and sees itself, among other things, as a solution provider for long-term and Spitex organizations in operational functions.
To complement our team, we are looking for a Receptionist 60% for our Siloah Residenz Vivo AG in Köniz starting 01.06.2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- First point of contact for residents, relatives, and visitors – at the reception and by phone
- Responsibility for reception organization, including telephone switchboard, mail, document, key, and cash management
- Support and handling of administrative tasks (correspondence, contracts, mailings, data and archive maintenance)
- Organization and coordination of events, weekly programs, and other services
- Ensuring smooth office operations, including maintenance of digital tools, material management, and flexible support in daily business
- Taking over substitutions within the team
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training or comparable education, ideally with experience in reception or administration
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style with pronounced organizational talent and confident prioritization
- High social competence as well as a friendly, service-oriented, and empathetic personality with joy in dealing with people
- Responsible and discreet handling of sensitive data as well as compliance with confidentiality
- Good IT user skills (MS Office)
