Microdul AG in Zurich City, with around 100 employees, specializes in high-quality microelectronics with three business areas: Modules, Semiconductors, and Thick Film. Our core competence lies in the development and production of miniaturized electronic circuits, realized in close cooperation with our customers - mainly in medical technology. As a training company, we promote and support young adults entering the professional world and offer interesting training opportunities in the training and examination sector "Service & Administration" starting August 2026.

• During your training, you can expect a varied and exciting program in a manufacturing company in the field of high-quality electronic medical products
• You will gain solid insights into various departments – including purchasing, sales and marketing, warehouse and shipping, as well as human resources and finance.
• You will actively participate in diverse tasks and projects in the respective areas.
• In doing so, you will learn about operational workflows and processes in a modern production company firsthand.
• Throughout the entire training period, you will be personally supervised and supported by experienced and committed practical trainers.

• Completed secondary school level A or good level B students with good grades in all main subjects (German/English/Math)
• Good PC skills as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Willingness to learn, motivation, and a positive work attitude
• Interest in technical contexts as well as getting to know medical products
• Enjoyment of teamwork and dealing with people
• A proactive, reliable, communicative, and friendly personality with a flair for numbers
