- You have experience in understanding a business challenge, designing solution approaches, and transforming them together with a team into tangible, measurable added value
- Higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a similar field and adequate professional experience (at least the last 3 years focused on AI/Machine Learning solutions)
- Experience with Agentic Workflows and RAG solutions
- Experience with Agentic Coding Tools (e.g., Github Copilot, Codex, Claude Code)
- Very good Python skills and desirable Java skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure, or OpenShift)
- Very good German language skills
