• Checking bank statements
• Payment run
• Dunning and debt collection
• Collaboration in the preparation of heating, operating & ancillary cost statements
• Collaboration in the preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements
• Responding to information requests and customer inquiries
• Collaboration in process development in accounting
Your profile
• Completed commercial basic training
• Ideally experience in real estate accounting or general
accounting
• Strong numerical understanding
• Quick comprehension, structured and independent working style,
resilience and strong punctuality
• Proactive, solution- and goal-oriented action
