Your ProfileCompleted commercial basic training in the hotel industry as well as several years of professional and leadership experience in a similar position
Role model with a warm, natural, and professional demeanor
High social competence, teamwork skills, identification with the values of the house, and professional reliability
Resilience and the ability to keep an overview and lead the team confidently even in hectic situations
Confident German as well as very good English skills; French skills are a great plus
Solid knowledge of hotel software systems (PMS) and common MS Office applications
Strong guest and solution orientation with a high quality awareness
Your Tasks
Responsibility for the smooth operation at the reception as well as the professional leadership and deployment planning of the team
Administrative support and relief of management in organizational matters
Assumption of deputy tasks in operational matters in the absence of management
Warm welcome and professional care of guests (check-in/check-out)
Monitoring and coordination of reservations for the hotel and restaurant
Management of correspondence, administrative leadership, and complaint management
Responsibility for the correct management of the daily cash register and preparation of closings
Strategic maintenance and optimization of online channels (website, OTAs, and social media)
Co-supervision and training of apprentices as well as onboarding of new employees
Active participation in the optimization of internal processes and standards
