Look forward to
- You operate and develop our IT platforms – from servers and networks to cloud services (M365). With automation, monitoring, and lifecycle management, you ensure stable and efficient systems
- In the area of IT security, you implement policies, analyze risks, and carry out measures. You work closely with security and data protection officers and strengthen security awareness throughout the company
- As part of our IT projects, you plan and realize initiatives from idea to implementation. You bring new impulses and actively drive the digital development of SVZ TG
- In support, you are the first point of contact for our employees. You resolve issues, coordinate with partners, and ensure smooth processes with training and documentation
- You keep an overview of infrastructure, devices, permissions, and access systems and ensure smooth operations
What you bring with you
- Completed education/university degree and several years of professional experience
- Practical knowledge in M365, SharePoint, Exchange (On-Prem & Online), EntraID, VMware vSphere, Citrix, Windows Server, SQL Server, Teams & Teams telephony
- Solid knowledge in networks (Cisco) and firewalls (Fortinet)
- Enjoyment of support and service – combined with technical depth
- Analytical thinking, initiative, and willingness to take responsibility
- Team spirit and the ability to explain complex topics simply
- Experience in planning, leading, or participating in IT projects
- Versatile and responsible area of work with creative freedom
