We are one of Switzerland’s leading business law firms and are looking to strengthen our ICT team in Zurich by hiring a dedicated and service-oriented ICT Support Specialist 100%, with immediate effect or by arrangement.
What you can expect from us
In this varied role, you will act as the first point of contact for ICT support for our employees, support the Engineering team in a wide range of projects, and contribute actively to the continuous development of our modern ICT infrastructure.
Your responsibilities
- First point of contact for ICT support and support of the Engineering team in all user- related matters
- Advising and supporting users with regard to hardware, software, and mobile devices
- Creating and maintaining applications, systems, and process documentation in German and English
- Managing onboarding and offboarding processes and training new employees
- Support the company’s AI transformation initiatives by facilitating the use of LLM technologies and gathering structured feedback on user workflows.
- Active involvement in ICT projects and support in the further development of our ICT landscape
- Close collaboration with our ICT team in Zurich and Geneva and with external partners in German and English
Your profile
- Completed training in IT with at least three years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent knowledge of Windows as well as strong MS Office and Microsoft Teams skills
- Experience with virtualized infrastructures / VDI (VMware / Horizon), Active Directory, and SharePoint
- Experience with Azure / M365, Intune, GPO, and PowerShell / scripting
- Experience in industries requiring a high level of confidentiality (e.g. legal services, banking, insurance)
- Excellent communication skills, strong service and problem-solving orientation, and a high level of attention to detail
- Very good written and spoken German and English (B2/C1 minimum); French can be a plus
