- Responsible for smooth processes in the kitchen
- Production of hot and cold dishes for the company restaurant as well as for catering and events
- Responsibility for compliance with personnel and material costs
- Menu planning, ordering, inventory, and other administrative tasks
- Responsibility for compliance with and implementation of ISO and HACCP guidelines
- Several years of leadership experience in the kitchen, ideally at least three years
- Practical experience and enjoyment in banquet and catering projects

At the SV Restaurant ThreeOfive at Zurich Hardbrücke, the 8-member team spoils around 200 guests daily with a diverse offer: varied menus, vegetarian dishes, salads, and snacks from early to late as well as a sophisticated catering offer for meetings and aperitifs.
You work Monday to Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., depending on the duty roster. The operation is closed on public holidays and weekends.
