Site Manager

We are looking for a Site Manager for our branch in Mont-sur-Lausanne, for a 100% workload.

• Visit construction sites with clients and project managers, write reports
• Establish measurements, request quotes from subcontractors
• Prepare and coordinate installation work on site
• Set and follow up on appointments and site schedules
• Organize and coordinate construction sites and subcontractors
• Plan the interventions of the assembly team
• Monitor compliance with deadlines
• Prepare or check execution and acceptance documents, dimensions, and invoices
• Lead, train, and support subordinate assemblers.
• Achieve set objectives. Ensure the quality of assigned work (services, materials, costs)

You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in a construction trade (electricity, metallurgy, building) and/or training as a site manager.

You already have experience in the construction of mobile phone antenna installations, are not subject to vertigo, and have a good ability to adapt to the climate.

You have a good command of MS Office applications.

With a category B driving license, you are flexible and willing to travel throughout Switzerland.

You are organized, versatile, rigorous with a strong customer orientation.

You have an excellent team spirit, you are reliable, dynamic, and resistant to stress.

With a category B driving license, you are flexible and willing to travel throughout Switzerland.

You are perfectly comfortable in French both spoken and written; German and/or English are considerable assets.
