In this versatile and exciting hub function, you support the Facility Services Director as well as the operational units in comprehensive administrative tasks as Team Leader: Administration & Projects. In your role, you always keep an overview and thus contribute significantly to delighting our customers from the financial sector.
Your main tasks:
- Personnel & professional leadership of the admin team as well as the project managers
- Further development and optimization of processes and collaboration within the team
- Ensure optimal allocation of personnel resources
- Ensure overall overview of ongoing and planned projects
- Define and enforce uniform processes and documentation guidelines
- Ensure know-how transfer within the team
- Maintain exchange with specialist departments and KAM
- Operational collaboration in the team = taking over individual projects as project manager
- Correctly post hours to projects
- Ensure timely project execution and billing
Your profile:
- Vocational training in a technical or commercial profession, further training in project management and/or leadership desirable
- Many years of experience in facility management, hospitality, or real estate management
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role as well as at least 3 years of leadership experience
- Further training in organization or facility management
- Independent, structured, and result-oriented working style
- Above-average high service and customer orientation
- Confident and polished appearance, combined with good manners and a healthy sense of humor
- Fluent use of the German language, very good English skills, and any additional language is an advantage
- Impeccable reputation (mandatory)
