In the customer service area, all activities that deal with various customer concerns outside the branches are summarized. The customer service of mobilezone ag handles all inquiries for mobilezone, TalkTalk, jusit, and mobilezone reload.
Associate Customer Care 100% (m/f/d)
Your main tasks in this exciting role:
- End-to-end complaint management for mobilezone shops, webshop, MVNO business, and B2B repair business
- Coordination of solution finding across multiple interfaces and bringing about clear decisions
- Handling escalation cases in close cooperation with sales and internal specialist departments
- Taking over 2nd-level inquiries as well as complex customer concerns (especially deliveries)
- Triage of several central mailboxes including distribution and independent case processing
- Support with back-office tasks, level-1 inquiries, and other operational topics
Your profile - what you bring:
- High independence, resilience, and personal responsibility
- Strong end-to-end thinking, pronounced ownership, and hands-on mentality
- High customer orientation as well as negotiation skills
- Efficient working style with a focus on sustainable solutions
- Networked, analytical thinking
- Completed vocational training or comparable education (e.g., commercial apprenticeship, customer dialogue, sales/retail) - further training in customer service is an advantage
- Several years of experience in 1st and 2nd level customer service as well as solid experience in complaint and escalation management
- Confident in telephone and written customer contact
- Experience in the telecom industry is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office and a CRM system
- German: confident in spoken and written language, French: good knowledge. Italian, English, or other languages are an advantage
