The largest public swimming pool in the city of Zurich is waiting for you! At the Mythenquai beach pool, up to 10,000 guests enjoy sun, lake, and summer vibes on hot days – and we make sure they also get culinary delights. With our healthy enjoyment, we inspire young and old right by the water – fresh, warm-hearted, and with a touch of Hiltl wow. As Deputy Management, you are in the middle of the action: You run the operation together with management, pitch in, and ensure that quality, atmosphere, and processes are in perfect balance.
From May, we take over the gastronomy at the Mythenquai pool. To prepare, you start in April in our Hiltl restaurants. For the deputy management Hiltl at the beach, we are looking for motivated hosts with heart, organizational talent, and enthusiasm for the summer operation – or students who want to complete their management internship.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Ensuring smooth operation together with management
- Supporting administration, staff scheduling, and operational organization
- Sharing budget and cost responsibility with management
- Leading the team daily, supporting decisions, and ensuring clear structures and motivating team spirit
- Actively receiving guest feedback and responding solution-oriented
- Controlling inventory, goods flow, and product orders
- Pitching in yourself: whether service, kitchen, cash register, or buffet – you are present and hands-on
- Hygiene, safety, and order are a given for you, and you ensure compliance with our standards
YOU BRING WITH YOU
- A completed EFZ training in gastronomy
- 3–5 years of professional experience and initial leadership experience
- Or: You are attending a hotel management school or comparable training and are looking for an exciting management internship
- Very good German and English skills, additional languages are a bonus
- High flexibility and resilience – because we are a seasonal operation and weather-dependent
