Your Tasks
- Processing all personnel-related processes within the framework of employee support for the locations Hildesheim and Alfeld
- Advising employees and managers on personnel-related issues
- Preparation and implementation of personnel measures taking into account legal, contractual, and personnel requirements
- Close cooperation and regular coordination with hospital management, nursing management, and other teams in the HR department
- Taking over general administrative tasks that arise from employee entry to exit
- Correspondence and communication with authorities and offices
Your Profile
- Successfully completed training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d), a commercial vocational training, or a comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge in human resources management, preferably in healthcare
- Good knowledge of labor and works constitution law
- Friendly, courteous demeanor and enjoyment of teamwork
- High communication skills and empathy
- Very good MS Office skills
