Your tasks
- Ensuring the nursing care and well-being of our patients
- Ensuring care planning, care organization, and nursing documentation
- Participation in the continuous development of work quality and patient satisfaction, promotion of interdisciplinary cooperation, including in our joint ward rounds, and the further development of work organization
- Preparation and follow-up as well as assistance with therapeutic and diagnostic measures
- Advising and instructing our patients and their relatives, as well as trainees and new employees
- Participation in training and further education
Your profile
- Completed recognized 3-year vocational training as a nursing professional (m/f/d) or geriatric nursing professional (m/f/d)
- An independent, patient-oriented, and responsible way of working
- Team-oriented thinking and acting with all wards, departments, and professional groups of our clinics
- Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with our patients and their relatives
