- Recruitment, leadership, support and targeted promotion of apprentices in the professions of merchant EFZ, logistician EFZ, mediamatiker EFZ
- Coordination of the transfer of apprentices to training places at our partner companies
- Acquisition, assessment and sustainable securing of training places
- Central communication hub between apprentices, internal partners, members, practical trainers, parents, schools and authorities
- Planning and implementation of information events
- Monitoring the training and development status of apprentices and ensuring goal achievement
• Completed vocational training as a merchant with several years of professional experience
• Further education at the level of higher vocational education
• Experience with leadership tasks
• Joy and motivation in working with young people
• Independent, resilient personality with pedagogical sensitivity
• Team-oriented, strong organizational skills and entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Pedagogical and coaching training as well as üK leader an advantage
• Confident appearance in a dynamic and varied environment
