Tasks & Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing mail; ensure order and contract processing including cost control
• Manage time tracking as well as vehicle and machine reports
• Organize meeting and training rooms including catering
• Manage safety data sheets and supplier documents
• Ensure personnel equipment including overgarment service
• Take over warehouse management: inventory checks, storage, labeling, transport/shipping and goods handling (also for projects)

Profile & Requirements

• Completed vocational training or school in commercial or technical field
• Experience in office/administrative tasks or in warehouse/dispatch
• Good PC skills (MS Office), structured and independent working style as well as discretion
• Team player, flexible and very good German skills
• Ideally additional commercial training
• Ideally driving license for passenger car (with trailer > 750 kg) and forklift training
