To respond even faster and more effectively to customer and market needs in the future, we are building up our digital product development organization. Our digital products and channels are of high strategic importance. In the role of Head of Product Customer Lifecycles, you take responsibility for central digital products that accompany our users as well as B2B customers/organizations throughout their entire lifecycle. You will further develop the Customer Lifecycle area, actively shape it and empower a team of Product Owners who, together with their cross-functional, agile teams, create innovative solutions that provide real added value for our customers as well as for Mobility employees. This position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Your tasks
- You develop and pursue a product strategy aligned across the various product areas and with Mobility’s product vision
- You lead, coach, and develop the Product Owners so that they can realize their potential in agile, cross-functional teams
- You manage the entire product development process – from idea through launch to continuous optimization
- You work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Commercial Products, Segment Management, Brand Communication, B2B Sales) and ensure that their needs are incorporated into product development
- Together with the other Heads of Product, User Experience Design, and Engineering, you actively shape the development of the digital product organization and the digital transformation at Mobility
- You are a role model for modern, user-oriented product development and feel at home in agile, KPI-driven environments
What you bring
- Several years of experience in product development, ideally with digital products or in the carsharing environment
- Proven leadership experience in developing and coaching product teams
- Solid knowledge of agile methods and experience in cross-functional collaboration
- A completed degree (e.g., business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering, or comparable)
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills as well as decisiveness
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Enthusiasm for mobility, sustainability, and digital innovation
