Clerk Practical Training (Maternity Cover) (40-50%)

About the job

• Support the department heads of practical training in the Bachelor's degree program Midwifery in all administrative processes related to practical training
• Ensure communication and coordination with all our external stakeholders (e.g., hospitals, birthing centers, midwifery practices) and internal stakeholders
• Be responsible for contractual tasks and coordination within the framework of practical placement management
• Implement practical placement management operationally (including contact person for students, allocation of practical placements, registration and deregistration of students)
• Manage digital data sets and tools (Excel, is-academia, Moodle, SAP, MS Teams)

• Commercial apprenticeship as a clerk EFZ
• Professional experience as a clerk, preferably in the field of education and/or health
• Excellent MS Office skills, ideally also is-academia, Moodle, and SAP
• Quick comprehension, precise and efficient working style, goal-oriented thinking and acting
• Enjoyment of working in a dynamic and changing environment
