Project Manager: Vice-Rectorate

For this versatile staff function, we are looking for a quick-thinking, curious person who likes to contribute their innovative ideas. You are part of a small dynamic team and actively shape teaching and continuing education at FH Graubünden. Together, you enthusiastically drive the further development of the university. You take responsibility for central operational topics in the Vice-Rectorate, such as the central coordination office for scheduling, the organization of university-wide modules, and the maintenance of regulations. For this, you work closely with the degree programs and administration. As a contact person for the student association, you maintain regular, constructive exchanges and actively bring the students' perspective into the further development of the university. At the same time, you lead and accompany projects from conception to completion.
Your profile
- University degree in a relevant field
- Experience in project management and project coordination, ideally in a university or educational environment
- Experience in study organization, module and/or scheduling planning
- Ability to structure complex processes clearly and solution-oriented
- Strong communication and mediation skills
- Enjoyment in exchanging with different stakeholders and hierarchical levels
