We are looking for a committed and empathetic personality with experience in personal sales and a keen sense for the wishes of our patients. In this position, your focus is on telephone and digital consultation of interested parties wishing for breast augmentation, where you turn interest into binding decisions through convincing and empathetic communication.

Tasks
- Initial telephone consultation of patients for breast augmentation
- Planning follow-up appointments for medical consultations and surgeries
- Empathetic and sales-strong communication – you build trust and actively lead interested parties to the next step
- Active follow-up of leads and careful maintenance of the ERP/CRM system
- Close collaboration with the clinic team to ensure an optimal patient experience
- Co-design of consulting and sales processes for continuous improvement of the patient journey
- Continuous training in the field of aesthetic surgery and sales
Qualifications/Requirements
- Completed training in sales, consulting, or communication (sales specialist with federal certificate, federally certified sales manager, CAS or MAS with a focus on sales)
- Several years of sales experience (B2B or B2C) with proven success
- Sales talent with joy in empathetically convincing interested parties and leading them to the next step
- Ability to empathize with the needs of women wishing for breast augmentation
- Trust-building, clear communication by phone, video, and in writing
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Confident handling of CRM systems and digital tools
- Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
- Non-smoker
