In the role of Head of Kitchen, you take overall responsibility for the kitchen at Lenggstrasse as a central production site and, together with your team, ensure high-quality gastronomic supply for several locations. You combine strategic thinking with operational proximity to the business and actively shape the further development of the kitchen organization.
For our kitchen at Lenggstrasse in Zurich, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Lead, design and further develop – with responsibility for the main production site and the supply of other locations
- Strategic and operational management of the Lenggstrasse kitchen as the main production site
- Ensure patient, employee and guest catering
- Responsibility for the supply of other locations
- Leadership and development of a team of around 40 employees (approx. 40% skilled staff)
- Organization of banquets, aperitifs and special events
- Budget, quality and hygiene responsibility
- Further development of processes, digitalization and change projects
Your profile
- Qualification HFP in the kitchen sector
- Several years of leadership experience in large-scale or community catering and hospital catering
- Experience in organizational and change processes
- Business thinking and high quality orientation
- Structured, assertive and team-oriented personality
