As soon as possible, we are looking for you as Clerk (m/f) / Sales Assistant (m/f) for New Construction and Modernization at our location in Brüttisellen.
Your role: careful, organized, and proactive
In this position, you support sales by reviewing contract data and maintaining data in our calculation tool and CRM system.
Your tasks: versatile and responsible
Operating the Review Tool
Creating opportunities in CRM
Processing tenders on various external portals
Maintaining customer data in CRM (creating, converting, changing, blocking, etc.)
Obtaining credit information
Creating order confirmations, sending to customers
Archiving offer and order documents
Ordering samples and promotional/office materials for sales
Compiling documents for order booking according to the "Create Order" checklist
Commercial contract review with regard to compliance with KONE guidelines, checking data adjustments in SFC/KTOC and, if necessary, returning to sales for correction
Data transfer from KTOC to SAP - 1st handshake
Telephone and written customer contact
Co-designing processes
Your profile: convincing and customer-focused
EFZ as clerk or equivalent training
Contractual knowledge in the business area (General Terms and Conditions) would be an advantage.
Native German speaker
Solid English skills and French skills are an advantage
Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office) is essential
SAP and/or CRM knowledge (Salesforce) is desirable.
Structured, independent, and result-oriented working style
High level of service and customer orientation
Sense of responsibility, teamwork, commitment, and enthusiasm
Enjoyment of communication, very good oral and written communication skills
For foreigners: a current and valid Swiss work permit
