Do you enjoy working with international students and have organizational talent? As an Incoming Exchange Coordinator, you will shape the smooth arrival and support processes for exchange students in English, personally and with commitment!

Start date: 15.04.2026 or by arrangement
You will take on the following core tasks:
- Coordination and administration of mobility for incoming students from all over the world and contact person for students and staff
- Creation, maintenance, and communication of relevant information (email, Word, OneNote, Excel, MS Teams)
- Planning, management, and accounting of financial resources (mobility numbers, scholarships, expenses)
- Organization and accompaniment of events for incoming students (Welcome Day, Farewell Event, Guest Students meet SoE Students, Mid-Semester Coffee Break, including presentations at online student fairs)
- Independent management and continuous optimization of work processes
- Design and updating of website and intranet (Typo3) in your own department
- Maintenance of data and information in various tools (Mobility-Online, CRM, Evento, etc.)
- Creation and sending of the electronic newsletter
- Representation in other departments of the International Office
You have a strong service orientation as well as a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. Proficient use of common IT programs, especially Excel, is one of your strengths.
You work in a structured, very independent, and reliable manner and at the same time are characterized by flexibility and organizational talent. You enjoy working with young people from all over the world, in a team, with internal interfaces, as well as with international partner institutions.
Very good German skills as well as very good written and spoken English skills at least at C1 level (or equivalent) are mandatory for this position. Several years of professional experience in a comparable function – ideally in the education or higher education sector – is an advantage.
