Application Manager KIS

Tasks

• You support and optimize our KIS system (currently Omnis, future InesKIS) and ensure stable and secure operation
• You accompany the replacement of Omnis by InesKIS and actively participate in implementation, migration, testing, and training
• You actively shape projects and process optimizations, translate specialist requirements into solutions, and manage their implementation
• You work closely with nursing, doctors, therapies, ICT, and other internal departments
• You organize and conduct user training and create documentation as well as training materials
• You work across locations for both clinics and are accordingly willing to travel
• You contribute to the on-call service and ensure technical support outside regular working hours

Profile

• You have completed training or studies in computer science or business informatics or a comparable qualification
• You bring experience in supporting and further developing applications, ideally in healthcare, InesKIS is an advantage
• You have an interest in process optimization and enjoy capturing requirements from specialist departments and converting them into solutions
• You work independently, responsibly, and service-oriented and appreciate collaboration across different professional groups
• You have very good German, French, and English skills

As an Application Manager, you ensure that our KIS system functions reliably and optimally supports clinical everyday life. Together with specialist departments and ICT, you continuously develop the KIS and thus contribute to efficient processes and high-quality patient care.
