Responsibilities
We are looking for you as a Technical Property Manager / Project Manager Facility Management (m/f/d) for DB Services GmbH at the Basel location as soon as possible.
Your tasks:
Your main task is leading work groups and providing technical guidance to service technicians for structural projects and HVAC in technologically demanding matters.
Furthermore, you are responsible for planning and managing projects in the portfolio of technical facility management, starting from calculation and preparation of offers, basic investigations up to the acceptance of construction and planning services in your area of responsibility.
Additionally, you take the lead in organizing and controlling projects in the technical area as well as providing technical and methodological support to maintenance personnel in compliance with Swiss legislation.
You ensure the timely, quality, and cost-compliant implementation of measures including reporting and project documentation as well as the technical and functional control, acceptance, and documentation of construction services.
Last but not least, you identify customer requirements and promote relationship management between client and service provider.
Skills
Your profile:
You have completed vocational training as an industrial electrician, plant mechanic for heating, air conditioning and sanitation, electronics technician for operational technology, or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience.
Ideally, you also have a degree as a technician, master craftsman, or technical business administrator and already possess project competence.
A high level of organizational talent, teamwork skills, and customer orientation as well as the ability to work independently and responsibly characterize you.
You have a valid class B driving license and are flexible in your area of responsibility.
