Job description:
In your new role, your duties will impact the quality of patient care. Your role will notably include:
- Supporting the transition of the urology unit to the urology department and ensuring its management
- Assuming the medical and budgetary management of the said department
- Aiming for optimal care of your patients
- Participating in institutional development
- Assuming responsibility for the ISFM training center (category B for urology and operative urology)
- Actively participating in pre- and post-graduate training
Required profile:
We are confident in your rapid success in your future duties thanks to your:
- Extensive experience including in an academic environment as chief physician of a clinic and/or senior physician
- Mastery of advanced techniques in operative and robotic urology
- Clear interest in uro-oncology
Expertise in complex endo-urology and/or reconstructive urology is a plus
You are recognized as a dynamic personality, capable of working in a team, understanding and accepting the constraints of a hospital recognized as a public interest institution, and interested in the training of assistant and chief physicians,
Level of education:
FMH specialist title (or equivalent) in urology required
Advanced FMH training in operative urology (or equivalent title/training) is essential
