Your tasks
- Managing an attractive and demanding portfolio of companies in our economic area
- Focus on financing business in the construction/real estate sector
- Identifying potential in financing, investments, cash management, and other banking services
- Competent advice and support of existing clients, as well as active networking and expansion of the existing portfolio
- Cross-departmental work to ensure holistic client development and implement cross-selling opportunities
- Reviewing, applying for, and approving financing requests with a focus on real estate financing as well as monitoring client/credit engagements from earnings and risk perspectives
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training, preferably in the banking sector
- Advanced training (professional certificate, HF, Bachelor or equivalent degree)
- Experience in managing a demanding client portfolio (preferably corporate clients)
- Several years of experience and competence in financing business (client front, support and/or credit analysis)
- Good knowledge of all other banking businesses (investments, pension, cash management, etc.)
- Passion and flair for targeted acquisition of new clients
- Enjoyment of constant exchange with clients and internal partners
- Dynamic and engaging personality with a high sense of responsibility
