- Supervise elderly people, stimulate them to develop their social relationships and to improve or maintain their autonomy
- Organize various social activities to promote social life
- Collaborate within a team with socio-educational, nursing, and administrative staff
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as socio-educational assistant
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar position
- Strong interest in human relations
- Sense of responsibility and versatility
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Permanent contract
