What you will do
- Ensuring smooth operational processes and their continuous improvement in cooperation with the Front Office management
- Professional guest care for an international clientele as well as smooth check-in and check-out
- Responsibility for a structured shift schedule and representation of the Assistant Front Office Manager
- Efficient communication: telephone switchboard and email correspondence
- Competent complaint handling with a focus on guest retention, service quality, and compliance with Marriott and SV standards
What you bring with you
- Completed training in the hotel industry, ideally experience in 4- or 5-star chain hotels
- Strong guest and service orientation with attention to detail and polished manners
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Independent, organized, and responsible way of working
- Teamwork, flexibility, and solid knowledge of Opera
