As a subsidiary of the Shipping Company of Lake Lucerne (SGV), Tavolago AG operates the gastronomy on all 5 steam and 14 motor ships of the SGV and also pampers our customers on land in several establishments as well as at caterings and large events with up to 5000 guests culinary delights. Our land establishments include the LUZ Seebistro, the Wirtshaus Taube, the CHÄRNSMATT – Inn & Play Paradise, the Grillrestaurant Ampersand, and the cafeteria of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Social Work. In addition, we are the exclusive gastronomy partner of the Pilatus Arena in Kriens and the Lucerne Fair.
Social Media / Content Creator (a)

We are looking for a Social Media / Content Creator (a)
fixed-term employment until spring 2026 or permanent
Here is what you will do
- You plan, design, and independently create content (image & video) for our social media channels
- You develop editorial plans, implement them, and coordinate the content with internal departments
- You write scripts and create concepts for online media
- You are familiar with paid campaigns
- You create statistical evaluations and reports
- You support the marketing department
- You perform various administrative tasks
What we expect from you
- You have completed training as a media technician / media designer or equivalent further education
- You have initial experience in video, moving images, and polygraphy – a strong plus for us.
- You have practical experience in social media including paid advertising campaigns
- You bring very good PC/MS Office skills and efficient work methods on the phone
- You have a sense and talent for digital storytelling, video editing, visual design, and multimedia
- You have very good written German skills
- You are willing to work occasional evening shifts and your place of residence is near Lucerne
- You possess a category B driving license
