Your Tasks
In this role, you are responsible for the development and expansion of the ventilation department, including project controlling and leading your team. You take responsibility in your area for the implementation and realization of ventilation and air conditioning projects as well as consulting, planning, and sales while adhering to the associated budget. You are a competent contact person and maintain relationships with clients, architects, suppliers, and employees. Additionally, as an experienced project manager, you are responsible for the design of ventilation and air conditioning systems in the industrial and service sectors.
Your Profile
Several years of experience in a similar role are advantageous but not mandatory. You have a technical education, completed vocational training as a building technology planner for ventilation, technician TS, or engineer FH (specializing in ventilation). Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the design of ventilation and air conditioning systems in the industrial and service sectors. You are a personality with entrepreneurial thinking and skilled in project management. Your strengths include negotiation skills and very good written and oral communication abilities. Teamwork skills and good IT knowledge in MS Office complete your profile.
