Your Tasks
In the rehabilitation center area, you work closely with social workers and organize rehabilitation following hospital stays for inpatient patients. These patients are registered for rehabilitation, followed by organizational support until the case can be closed. This includes close communication and coordination with the medical and nursing services, rehabilitation clinics, cost bearers, patients, and their relatives. Written documentation is continuously maintained, and transfer dates are communicated promptly.
In the secretariat area, you triage case registrations to the social workers and serve as the contact person for all external inquiries. You also take on administrative tasks and relieve the management team and social workers in administrative matters.
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training and/or training/continuing education in healthcare
- Good MS Office skills
- Open personality with organizational talent and enjoyment of close teamwork
