- First Level Support in logistics SCG and adjacent areas
- Responsibility for internal department projects (from planning to implementation), deputizing
- Ensuring timely delivery of internal and external customer orders
- Support in the development of logistics concepts and contribution to the optimization of the logistics process
- Taking on special tasks as assigned by the specialist supervisor
- Managing/distributing materials that are under the logistics disposition responsibility
- Ensuring inventory management for orders and projects
- Delivering customer orders (SD's)
- Disposition in the M03 and M04 process with the customer LBA
- Coordination with external warehouse Fastlog and other RUAG SCG locations
- Creating training materials and conducting training sessions
You bring with you
- Apprenticeship as a logistician, polymechanic or equivalent training
- Further training as a logistics specialist, process specialist or equivalent (mandatory)
- Further training as a technician HF (desired)
- Organizational skills, careful working method, sense of responsibility
- Teamwork skills and willingness to constantly learn new things
- IT skills (MS Office), SAP knowledge desired
- Experience in conducting training sessions
- Native German speaker, English skills advantageous
