Gardener - Foreman Construction Manager/Project Manager

• Technical and operational leadership of the foremen
• Deputy of the managing director
• Contact with architects, builders, and private customers
• Support in acquisition as well as offer preparation
• Project planning, AVOR, billing, post-calculation
• Cost-conscious inventory management
• Implementation of quality objectives according to QMS

• Completed training as a gardener EFZ
• Further training as a construction manager, horticultural technician TS
• Further training as a master gardener
• Practical experience in the role is an advantage
• Leadership experience with work groups
• Team player, resilient and communicative
• Experience with CAD-Vectorworks and Abacus
• Confident German (spoken and written)
• Driver's license category B
