Health Specialist / Vocational Trainer 80-100%

Your Tasks

You take on daily or shift responsibility
You work directly in care with a workload of 20-40% and support employees in complex care situations
You independently and thoroughly manage the electronic care documentation
You actively participate in the development and implementation of concepts
Together with the other vocational trainers, you are responsible for the training of FaGe and AGS apprentices

What You Bring

Training as a Health Specialist EFZ
Or completion of a profession with an equivalent qualification with the necessary professional knowledge in the FaGe area
Course certificate as a vocational trainer or at least an SVEB1 certificate
Professional experience in long-term care
Good oral and written German skills
Residents and employees are at the center of your actions
In addition, you are an organizational talent
