Welcoming and warm, our facility is located in the heart of nature, in Chêne-Bougeries. More than 90 employees daily put their skills at the service of 63 residents who live in single rooms.

QUALIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT

Contract type: CDMA

Activity rate: 70%

Profile sought

TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Certified nursing assistant training, AFP-ASA or equivalent training considered.
• Spoken and written French language.
• 3 years of experience with elderly people.
• Knowledge and mastery of the SADIES-DIR software and basic computer tools desired.

TECHNICAL SKILLS (Knowledge and Know-how)

• Provide hygiene and comfort care under the responsibility of the ASSC and the nurse.
• Take care of the Resident's clothes and material environment.
• Skills in palliative care and end-of-life support desired.
• Sense of observation, analytical and synthesis skills.
• Organizational skills, ability to take initiatives.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS (Know-how to be)

• Value the abilities, resources, and potential of Residents by promoting their autonomy in daily life activities.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to communicate assertively.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Flexibility, split shifts, weekend work, physical endurance.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary environment.
