Sales Consultant: Compact Construction Machines (Operational Area Central Plateau Region)

You inspire customers for our compact construction machines and build long-term partnerships - both on the phone and in personal conversations on site.
To strengthen our sales team in the construction machinery sector, we are looking for a technically skilled personality as
Your tasks
- Active support and further development of the existing customer base as well as reactivation of inactive customers - by phone and in person
- Identification, acquisition, and sustainable retention of new customers
- Systematic lead management from first contact to closing
- Identification of sales opportunities for machines, service products, and spare parts
- Creation, follow-up, and closing of offers
- Consistent maintenance and documentation of all activities in the CRM system
- Support of sales campaigns and targeted market development
- Close cooperation with internal sales, service, and product management
Your profile
- Proven experience in tele-sales and/or personal sales with a clear closing orientation – both by phone and in direct customer conversations
- Experience in structured lead management
- Technical understanding of construction machinery is an advantage
- Industry knowledge in the areas of gardening, civil engineering, or building construction is a plus
- Confident handling of CRM systems as well as MS Office
- Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness – on the phone as well as in personal exchange
- High self-motivation, perseverance, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and active selling
- Team player and professional collaboration with internal interfaces
