In your daily work, you ensure that repair and maintenance orders are completed smoothly. You actively participate, support your team, assist with complex tasks, and gladly share your knowledge. You support the workshop manager and confidently take over the organization and coordination of the work, keeping an eye on deadlines, quality, and efficiency, and lead your team with overview and competence. As a practical trainer, you also accompany our apprentices on their path into the professional world and contribute to their development.

You have completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician, already have some professional experience and, ideally (but not necessarily), leadership experience, and remain calm even when things get hectic. Communication is your strength, organization your daily routine, and with your expert, confident demeanor, you earn your team’s trust.
