Your Tasks
- You work on diverse tasks and structural challenges related to the preservation of property value along the lifecycle
- You advise, plan, and implement small and medium-sized renovation projects focusing on the execution phase
- You are responsible for timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant execution
- You advise and represent the interests of the client in renovation projects
- You support property managers in technical construction questions and budgeting
- You actively maintain internal and external customer relationships
Your Profile
- You have completed a basic technical construction education and further training as a Technician HF or Civil Engineer FH
- You bring several years of professional experience, especially from the execution phase, in the role of construction manager
- You possess a high technical understanding, have a pragmatic mindset, and act solution-oriented
- You are resilient and have very good organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- You feel at home in the construction world and are passionate about sustainably refreshing properties
- You are digitally savvy and have the ability to actively support changes
- You have a strong customer orientation and maintain a partnership-based approach
